May 29, 2015 — The new DynaClean Vertical Z Conveyor will be on display at the upcoming PackExpo (September 28 – 30 in Las Vegas). The DynaClean conveyor reduces the cost of ownership by offering a design that is much easier to clean than bucket conveyors.
The DynaClean Vertical Z Conveyor is an ideal solution for food processing facilities that have a need to move product to higher elevations. The DynaClean Vertical Z configuration is just one of many configurations made possible with the food conveyor line manufactured by Dynamic Conveyor. The patented DynaClean line of conveyor systems are designed for ease of cleaning and sanitizing, which results in shorter downtimes and a lower cost of ownership. The Vertical Z is custom designed to your desired height and includes widths up to 24”. A variety of belt styles, including solid-surface ThermoDrive and plastic link style belting, are compatible with the DynaClean conveyor. Drive flight options include standard, 75 degree and scoop flights and are selected based on product and desired throughput. The conveyors will accept product from a vibratory feeder or the company offers the option for stand-alone or attached hoppers for bulk product feeding.

The solid surface belting with scoop flights can be washed in a matter of minutes versus the hours it can take to clean the buckets on an elevator conveyor.

The conveyors can be cleaned and sanitized with water, steam and/or detergents ranging from Sodium Hydroxide to Hydrochloric Acid.
